Ultra Filtration Systems
Ultra filtration systems with a membrane diameter of 0,02 micron structure without use of chemicals turbidity, bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms, suspended solids up to 99% of that can go at a rate of membrane filtration systems.
Ultra-filtration is a variety of membrane filtration in which forces like pressure or concentration gradients lead to a separation through a semipermeable membrane. Suspended solids and solutes of high molecular weight are retained in the so-called retentate, while water and low molecular weight solutes pass through the membrane in the permeate (filtrate).
Ultra-filtration technology uses a membrane barrier to exclude very small particles, including bacteria, viruses and colloids. Advantages of UF compared to conventional treatment such as clarifiers and media filters, are its high tolerance to feed water quality upsets, absolute barrier and improved water quality.
GREY WATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS WITH ULTRA-FILTRATION
Generally defined as wastewater from bathrooms and laundries, greywater can come from our showers, baths, basins and washing machines. It may be contaminated with a range of soluble and insoluble (particulate) substances such as soaps, detergents, skin, saliva, dirt and lint. Each type of contaminant, whether it is detergent/surfactant, organic, microbial or particulate, must be treated appropriately. UF occurs through a special membrane of microscopic pores that prevents particles, bacteria and viruses from passing through. The membranes are cleaned by air scouring, ensuring no wastewater is produced.
■ Tüm tasarımlarda AKM değerinin 50 mg/l den küçük olduğu kabul edilerek 0.9 mm Fiber ile dizayn yapılmıştır.
■ Üretim debileri 15 NTU Bulanıklık 3mg/l DOC değerindeki kuyu suyu içindir. Farklı bulanıklık değerleri için besleme pompası kapasitesi değiştirilecektir, dolayısıyla üretim debileri değişecektir. İşletme ve BW süreleri dozaj süreleri su analizine göre sistem devreye alınırken ayarlanacaktır.
■ All designs were designed with 0.9 mm fiber, assuming that the AKM value is 50 mg/l less.
■ Production quantities 15 NTU Turbidity is for well water at 3 mg / l DOC. The feed pump capacity will be changed for different turbidity values, so the production process will change. Duration of operation and BW times will be adjusted when the system is activated according to the water analysis.
■ 250 mg/l CaCO3 alkalinity value, 1000 uS/cm conductivity, 20 degree water temperature are accepted for selection of chemical dosing pumps. Pumps according to Ph 2,5 – pH 12 were selected.
■ Gray water Aquachem UF series will be supplied with SS304 stainless steel compact chassis.
■ All equipment is deemed to use the UF product water tank for the backwash tank. The required minimum storage volumes are indicated on the table. Stainless steel backwash pumps are included.
■ PN10 PVC tubing is used in all systems.
■ Automatic valves will be electric actuators.
■ Glycerine manometers will be used.
■ Chemical dosing pumps will be SEKO brand.
■ PLC + screen (operator panel) will be used in gray water appliances panel.
■ Ask for the price if manual washing system is required in case UF modules are washed.
■ Gray water UF systems are not sufficient for gray water treatment alone and consult your firm for quotation requests.
